LAW FIRM Leo's Peace Ltd. consults organizations to build fair, sustainable, and effective processes. The aim is to ensure that laws and regulations are applied justly while identifying opportunities to improve governance, decision-making, and sustainable organizational practices.
With a background in law, organizational management, and leadership, I have experience managing both commercial companies and non-profit organizations. I combine legal expertise with practical management experience to help organizations strengthen their operations, develop their people, and achieve lasting results. My company is especially interested in reforming legal and managerial practices abroad.
Since beginning my career in private criminal investigations in 2006, I have accumulated nearly two decades of experience in investigative work, legal matters, and organizational management. My professional background combines practical expertise in conducting complex investigations with extensive experience in leading and managing organizations.
Throughout my career, I have worked on a wide range of law-related matters, developing a strong understanding of legal processes, evidence assessment, and strategic case management. In addition to my investigative practice, I have contributed to legal scholarship through 12 published cumulative articles on institutional and judicial betrayals, highlighting organisational accountability gaps, with a wide range of legal issues globally, from Finland to developing countries.

LAKITOIMISTO Leo's Peace Oy auttaa organisaatioita kehittämään oikeudenmukaisia, kestäviä ja toimivia toimintatapoja. Tavoitteena on varmistaa lainsäädännön oikeudenmukainen soveltaminen sekä vahvistaa hallintoa, päätöksentekoa ja organisaation toimintaa.
Minulla on oikeustieteellinen, johtamisen ja organisaatioiden kehittämisen tausta sekä kokemusta yritysten ja yleishyödyllisten yhteisöjen johtamisesta. Yhdistän juridisen asiantuntemuksen käytännön johtamiskokemukseen auttaakseni organisaatioita saavuttamaan kestäviä tuloksia.
Olen toiminut rikostutkintojen parissa vuodesta 2007 lähtien, sekä johtamistehtävissä isoissa organisaatioissa. Kokemukseni kattaa vaativat tutkinnat, oikeudelliset prosessit, näyttöarvioinnin, strategisen tapausten hallinnan sekä organisaatioiden johtamisen. Lisäksi olen julkaissut tutkimusta naisten oikeuksista ja kansainvälisistä oikeudellisista kysymyksistä.
